How do we apply our learnings and experiences of Feminist Leadership to governance?
In October last year, we published the first ever resource co-created within the Feminist Leadership Hub: a guide on Feminist Governance, full of practical tips, exercises and examples.
“Feminist Governance: A practical guide for change” was developed by the Hub’s Community Advisory Body, made up of five Hub members from around the world, and launched during an online event in the Hub.
Below, you can download two-page primers from each section of the resource, which each cover a different domain of governance: organisational structure and hierarchy, policy and process, decision-making, risk, and last but not least, fundraising and finance.
